Shipping & Returns

Domestic (3-8 days): All orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping will usually takes 2-8 business days across the EU

International (10-14 days): International shipping will take on average 10 business days to deliver on countries in America and Asia

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, which you can find in your email.

We will give you instructions on where and how to send your package. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and exchange:
We accept exchanges on all products that are sent back to us in their original condition up to 14 days upon receiving them. Returns will be made in store credit unless there's an issue with the original item.
