Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to fall in love with your Gelled, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. At Gelled, your happiness is our priority: that's why we offer the Gelled Guarantee . If something isn't quite right, here's how to handle it:

1. What does the Gelled Warranty cover?

• Is one of your nail polish sheets defective or not working properly? We'll replace it for free 💅🏼
• If you are not satisfied with your nail sheets, you can request an exchange or refund.
• This applies if the product arrived defective, was not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind.
  

2. Conditions for returns and refunds:

• The product must be unused and in its original box (except in cases of defects or quality problems).
• Write to us at hi@gellednails.com within 15 days with:
  • Order number.
  • Reason for return or refund.
  • Product photos.

3. Which products cannot be returned?

• Products that have been used or opened (except in the case of a defect)
• Products purchased on clearance or with specific promotions (we will let you know if applicable)

4. Return costs:

• If the product arrived defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs .
• If you decide to return it for other reasons, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

5. When will I receive my refund?

• Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund within 2 to 5 business days .
• The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

6. Product changes:

• If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange for the new product to be shipped once we receive the old one.

7. Damaged or defective products:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
