SECTION 3: SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method and the customer's shipping address.
Shipping costs, delivery times, and preparation times are subject to change. The most up-to-date information can be found in the "Shipping and Returns" section of our website.
As of January 24, 2023, the shipping costs are as follows:
Mainland Spain: 48/72h service at a price of €4.5
Balearic Islands: 48/72h service at a price of €7
Canary Islands: 7 working day service at a price of €12
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. Unless otherwise specified (due to errors in preparation, product defects, or by mutual agreement), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The withdrawal form will be provided to all customers upon request via our contact email (hi@gellednails.com).
In the event that contracts resulting from the use of the website can be included in one of the cases contemplated in art. 103 of RDL 1/2007, it is reported that, based on the same, the buyer does not have the right of withdrawal.

Our product prices are subject to change without notice.
